About

Chris Leclerc’s path to filmmaking began in the cornfields of Wisconsin, where he and his brother first picked up a Mini DV camera at age 12. What started as experimental shorts on the family farm grew into a lifelong pursuit of cinematic storytelling.

Now an award-winning director, Leclerc is known for blending polished visuals with raw, human storytelling—narratives that live between the real and the surreal. His work spans commercials, television, documentaries, and branded films, marked by restraint, precision, and an eye for the intimate moments that give spectacle its soul.

Leclerc has directed projects in over 40 countries, collaborating with brands like Microsoft, Garmin, Rivian, GE, Giant, Sony, and Angel. His recent work includes Miracle, an eight-episode docudrama series streaming on Angel.
